This Privacy Policy applies to the study and practice-test apps published by FLY SKY PTY LTD ("we", "us", "the App"). Our apps help you prepare for exams and certifications using original practice questions. They are unofficial study aids and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency, examining body, or certifying authority.

Information we collect

The App does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email, or address. Your study progress — which questions you have seen, marked, or missed, and your practice-exam history — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us. We do not operate servers that receive your personal data.

Advertising and third parties

Some of our apps may display ads through Google AdMob. Where ads are shown, we request non-personalized ads only. We do not use your data for cross-app tracking, and on iOS we do not request the App Tracking Transparency permission for tracking purposes. Google may still process limited, non-precise information to serve and measure ads. Learn more at Google Privacy & Terms.

In-app purchases

Our apps offer a one-time "Full Unlock" purchase that unlocks the complete question bank and removes any ads. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we do not receive or store your payment information. The unlock status is kept locally on your device.

Children's privacy

Our apps are general-audience study tools, are not directed at children, and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. They contain no user-generated content, chat, or social features.

Data retention and deletion

Because progress data lives only on your device, you can delete it at any time from within the App (reset progress) or by deleting the App.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
